How do I sign up with a trainer... ? Most gyms have
some trainers. How experienced they are varies especially in just a chain gym. We offer
online training for nation/world wide clients. We also offer local training
services for regular personal training in person. Local people we will come to

Why I'm not getting results ... ? This is a weighted question. The answer to this question could encompass many things, your eating habits, exercise structure, exercise perseverance, over training, under training, and dehydration, tight muscles, to name a few. Who can I call ... ? Many people go to weight loss centers. A Personal Trainer that really cares about you accomplishing your goals, and gets very excited, when you have met and/or surpassed one. When is it time to get a trainer... ? There are many different times to get a trainer. Most people get trainers when they feel bad about the way they look, but this isn't always the case. People that have been lifting/exercising for years and can't seem to get out of a exercise rut, or to check if your doing the exercises correctly (most effective way). I personally like to continually take my clients to a higher level of exercise, eventually meeting their visual goals that they had when they started.

Why is exercise not working by myself...?
There are many reasons why people don't have success exercising by
themselves. Some may be lack of motivation, lack of knowledge-how to do it. It
can be very frustrating setting out to accomplish a goal run into a brick wall
and not know how to climb it. A trainer is their to help you over these hills, mountains
and walls. Sometimes even if they have to pull you over themselves. We are their

I have not exercised in a long time...? That's
ok and it's great you are recognizing it and wanting to do something to change.
We all get busy sometimes and sometimes end up putting our health/exercise
on the back burner for a period. It's never too late to start back into it
again. As time goes on, we may have some more aches, medical conditions that
just pop up, we need to first take care of these before going into a regular

not, you can do a program at home with things around the house or use
weight equipment at home/office or go to a private/training gym. We offer

Yes, sometimes we have to recommend people to first see their medical doctor or
we will contact the doctor to make sure we are aware of anything that may effect

Isn't there a magic pill or something to just make
me skinny again...? Unfortunately there is not a magic fix/pill, no matter what
other commercials or people may say. When we think about it, it is work to gain
weight, we just enjoy doing it so, we don't think of it as work. A
trainer can explain and help you to understand the big picture and enjoy
exercise too. Besides all the health positives and most people will admit they
did feel better when they exercise and/or watch more carefully what they eat. We
have also found that as you try to eat better and exercise your body will crave

Why can't I still do most of the things I did when I
was young...? Yes as we get older our metabolism slows down, takes
longer to heal when we get injured. Too many people just give in to these ideas
that there is no way they can change or improve their health/fitness situation.
If we are health conscious all our lives, we will then notice it as we get older
too. When we just relax about our health till, the doctor tells us, get bad physical
condition, or a life threatening medical condition, to then do something about
it, we have to then play catch up from our earlier years. If you take care of

My muscles are still to sore to exercise for next training session...? We
always try to read our clients during the exercise session, to make sure the
exercise is within the clients personal levels. Rarely this could happen
in a particular muscle area, people have different muscles fibers throughout
their bodies, some muscles may react more intensely after a workout. Some people
such as guys, like to be sore after a workout to know they are getting the most benefit
out of the workout. Just contact us, as early as possible before a workout
session, online by contact form or phone. We will
give you personal advise to help and be able to better note a extra sensitivity
of a muscle area. Basic Helps: static stretching of the muscle group,
extra protein intake and possibly creatine supplement at the Creatine and Recovery
